Is it possible to take the meal service only in Madinah and not in Makkah?
Yes, you can opt for meal service only in Madinah, but it must be for a full 8-day duration, and pre-booking is compulsory.
The minimum number of days is 8 for Madinah and 12 for Makkah. These durations ensure we can provide consistent meal services tailored to your needs throughout your stay.

Can we pay daily for the meals?
No, the meal packages are pre-booked for a minimum duration and cannot be paid for on a daily basis. The package ensures you receive timely meals without interruptions.
Can we customize the menu based on dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, non-vegetarian)?
How do you ensure timely delivery of meals?
While we do our best to accommodate general dietary preferences such as vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals, full menu customization is not possible due to the high number of pilgrims we serve at one time.
Our reliable delivery system ensures meals are delivered on time. Once you provide your hotel name and location pin via WhatsApp, our team coordinates with local delivery partners to make sure your food reaches you at the scheduled time.


If a meal is missed, do we get a refund?
No, missed meals are non-refundable. However, our team ensures you receive all scheduled meals in a timely manner to avoid any issues. If for any reason a meal is missed, we will make sure to deliver the missed meal on a later date to ensure you don't miss out on any part of the service.
Do you offer Indian-style cuisine, specifically Bangalore/South Indian dishes?
Yes, we offer authentic Indian cuisine, with a special focus on Bangalore and South Indian flavors. Our menu also includes a few dishes from Hyderabad, and especially in Makkah, we will provide you with Mumbai-style cuisine to cater to Maharashtra and MP Hajjis.
What is your refund policy?
Once the service has started, there will be no refunds, except in the case of medical conditions directly caused by our food or other extraordinary circumstances. This is because we source ingredients, vegetables, and other food items in advance, and if someone cancels, the prepared food and resources get wasted, making refunds challenging. Therefore, please ensure that before pre-ordering and making the payment, you carefully calculate the number of days you wish to avail the food service.
